Slim Aarons (1916-2006) was an American photographer born in Manhattan, New York. He was known for photographing socialites and celebrities in a natural, intimate setting. Several collections of his photography were published by Abrams Books, and his work appeared in magazines including Life, Town & Country, and Holiday.
